Questions before you start.

Understand scope, responsibilities, investment and what to expect before deciding on the next step.

Discuss your requirements
What does Apex United do?

Apex connects strategy, creative, content, websites, commerce, marketing and technology around business priorities. An engagement can cover one defined requirement or several connected activities.

Is Apex a digital marketing agency?

Marketing is one part of the work. Apex's role as a Digital Growth Partner also includes the assets, experiences and implementation needed to support the business objective.

Can we begin with one service?

Yes. Start with a defined requirement. Additional work should be considered when it has a clear role—not simply because it is available.

Can you improve our current website or assets?

Yes. Assessing the existing work helps determine what to retain, improve or replace. A complete rebuild needs a reason grounded in your requirements.

Can you work alongside our employees or other suppliers?

Yes, where scope, responsibilities, access and approvals can be agreed. The engagement should support your team and clarify the handoffs.

How do you decide what to recommend?

Start with the business objective, customer journey, existing assets and constraints. Recommendations should explain the problem addressed, dependencies and expected role of the work.

How much does a project cost?

Cost depends on scope, complexity, required expertise and delivery responsibilities. The proposal should separate service fees from advertising, production and third-party expenditure where applicable.

What is included in the price?

The agreed scope identifies deliverables, revision rounds, support, client inputs and exclusions. Changes outside that scope are reviewed and agreed before additional work proceeds.

How long does delivery take?

Timing depends on the work and its dependencies. The agreed plan identifies milestones, approvals and any third-party requirements. A meaningful schedule follows a defined scope.

Do you guarantee sales, rankings or advertising returns?

No. Outcomes also depend on the offer, market, budget, competition and client operations. Commitments should cover defined delivery and an honest review of agreed measures—not results outside Apex's control.

How is progress evaluated?

Agree on delivery standards and relevant measures before execution. Distinguish completed assets, customer activity and business outcomes, and explain where data or attribution is limited.

Who owns our accounts and delivered files?

Ownership, access, source files and handover are defined in the agreement. Third-party components and licensed assets remain subject to their terms. Your business should understand these conditions before execution.

What do you need from our team?

Business context, relevant information, agreed inputs and timely decisions from an authorized contact. The delivery plan should make that participation clear and manageable.

What happens after launch or delivery?

The agreement defines handover and support. Maintenance, licences, hosting and further improvements may have separate responsibilities and charges, which should be explained in advance.

What if we are unsure which service we need?

Describe the situation and the outcome you want to support. You do not need to select the complete solution before starting a conversation.
